3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in EUR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed via the payment methods offered in the online store.
5. Delivery
Delivery is carried out in accordance with our shipping policy.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our refund policy.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
9. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Note:
In case of discrepancies or inconsistencies between the German and English versions, the German version shall prevail.
